Aw jesus. New model every two months 😆
That battery, tho.
That sensor size with OIS (finally).
In one year, redmi note 14 with 256 MP camera …
Am I the only one who enjoys thinner phones over thicker and heavier ones?
This is the only real argument on reddit. Someone comment pixel binning and lets start the show!
But… pixel binning!
Anyways I’m quite curios to see how this sensor will work , all in all is a very big sensor for a phone.
Indeed.
If only you could fit 5000mah batteries in thin phones.
Anyways thin phone with cameras double their thickness are worse.
It works for the 48MP sensor which results in 12MP images, the sweetspot for smartphones in my opinion.
108 / 4 means 27MP images…which is waay to much for that tiny sensor. I’m still curious, though.
The main problem is the lens. No way a smartphone lens can be of use to a 48MP sensor, albeit a 108MP one. So yeah, it’s just marketing.
This is a 45MP image, no smartphone will ever get this level of detail: [https://streamable.com/bpqjh](https://streamable.com/bpqjh)
It’s a physically bigger sensor.
Super tare
Super excited for the Mi Note 10 but I worry about the price compared to the regular CC9. Seems like that sensor is going to be really expensive.
The article says it will be minimum $420ish USD
Let the phone come. Then we will see…
No word of a SD slot
Rumors so far indicate it will have one. Hopefully.
Yeah, those 100+mp are basically marketing bullshit. But, as long we can get bigger sensor size + better picture quality, I guess it’s alright.
The 108 mp sensor is physically much bigger than the 48mp one, resulting in basically the same pixel size on the sensor.
5 months max
Yes. At least in my case, I prefer to have a reliable phone with good battery life, and enough connectivity (3.5mm jack, Micro SD reader, IR blaster if possible) over having a thinner phone lacking Jack and with poor battery.
-6 points for my preference of slick phones over brick ones. Reddits’ collective -minus IQ- hive mind has hit this subreddit too.
Fm radio, ir blaster, nfc and type c is a nice combo.
Oh dear a tired old complaint every thread.
The pixel binning won’t be 4 (2×2) pixels -> 1 pixel. But 9 (3×3) pixels -> 1 pixel
> The pixel binning won’t be 4 (2×2) pixels -> 1 pixel. But 9 (3×3) pixels -> 1 pixel
Oh, that might just work then.
I know right? I loved the slimness of my A2 and full metal body.
why is xiaomi going back to notch, I’m gonna wait for another mi 9t
Durability.
How many have them? I haven’t gotten a new mix because of the lack of sd slot.
I’m hoping here with you….. instabuy for me if it has Band 12….there is a sliver of hope because the earlier Note series, I think Mi Note 1 and Mi note 2 had US bands…but I don’t think Note 3 was released outside of China
>Defiling the rumors of SD855
Defiling? Really?
*weeks
Soon there will b a phone with 100 of camera s like no gorilla glass only cameras…
*5, 4, 3, 2…*
You cant break something that isn’t there. You can’t break a popup camera mechanism if your front camera is located in a notch
Thanks for coming to my Ted talk
Currently only the Mix 3 has global LTE though (but no band 71)
Why are people downvoting u lol
Phone have lots of good specification I think notch is okey
The point is, I didn’t even say anything against those who prefer heavier and thicker phones… Man, the level of stupidity is outrageous.
I prefer thicc and heavy but smaller phones.
