As far as i know everything runs smoothly for me. The new animations are much better, in display fingerprint scanner unlocks faster. Face unlock with the pop up camera is faster and doesn’t have a delay when popping the camera out. only thing I noticed is that the gestures bugs out when switching launchers. I use the poco launcher and when switching back to the default launcher, gestures are conflicting and sometimes not working at all. Really not a big deal for me and will surely be fixed in a later patch. Overall my mi 9t pro feels much faster and smoother.

I got the same update on my Mi9T yesterday. It hurt me with dissapointment

I already downloaded the latest update. I’m just waiting if they’ll put the same version back to see if it’s actually stable. Besides, it’s just an Android security patch.

Global MIUI 12 isn’t out for this phone yet. Updating the phone manually isn’t wrong or unofficial, generally speaking, this is what I wanted to say. Well, if you want xiaomi.eu rom based on the chinese rom, that’s another story.

if you all want so bad miui 12 you can flash manually a update. xiaomi.eu have a miui 12 beta for a few months now
