Very expensive. You need convert rom which is modified global rom for locked bootloaders. And you need flash that rom with auth which is quite expensive 60-70$. Because now auth ids can only auth flash 10 devices a day.

You can, but you have to unlock the bootloader first. Now it is not easy for the China variant unless you live in China.
