Recently ive send a report ticket to Xiaomi, how long do I need to wait, in order to get an answer from them?
one or two day for customer support. Chat is better to get an answer quickly.
I’ve send them the ticket yesterday and no answer
So should I wait or resend the ticket?
Literally a day or less for me. And if I’m submitting a bug I usually hear back within a week with a patch/update
no wait or contact the chat tomorrow
but yesterday it was sunday !
Do you get a notification of when they respond?
Depending on how I reached out to them, if in the feedback app, I’d get a notification. If I emailed, then I get an email back.
