Surely not!!
Cost wise, the price it costs Xiaomi for the 845 will be close to, if not the same to the 855
Yes, it even beats apples A12
Redmi 7 and probably expansion into more markets.
Mmm smart RGB rice cooker synced up with my Yeelights.
You’re correct I forgot about that. Poco is a sub-brand of Xiaomi!
Been out of the loop about the new chips, is the difference between the 855 and an 845 significantly bigger?
my Mi 8 works beautifully with T-Mobile. More so than my wife’s iPhone 6S. What is your issue? (side-note, the Mi Note 3 only does call and text in town, but gets data on HSPA+ when out in the “country”). my Redmi Note 4 also worked full call/text/data with T-Mobile
I want a slav version
There’s no consensus on the matter so far, that’s why I don’t think there will be phones using 5g before Q4…
Redmi note 7 incoming
I hope it can be the Pocophone F2 with SDM855 and 300$ . But it might be the redmi 7 , redmi pro 2 , redmi go , mi mix 3 5G or another product announcement .
Must buy.
My A2 supports LTE 2, 4 but no 12, whch is the bands we have in LA for T-Mobile. Your Mi 8 is fine as it supports the widest range of T-Mobile bands, but that is not the norm for Xiaomi. Pocophone only has LTE 5, which there are no T-Moble towers in Los Angeles. So the Pocophone is abolutely useless as I would not get LTE 4G. For me LTE 4 is the most important as all T-Mobile cell towers use 4, next is 12, then 2. Just look at the bands on Xiaomi phones and see why they generally don’t work well for me. AT&T is the same, except no 12, but 17, 2 and 4.
I think that’s what was said about it in the same week as the announcement, the comparison with an iPhone wouldn’t mean much anyway since they run on a different OS.
> Gonna be expensive though.
Wouldn’t expect anything less from the Mix line.
Redmi Mi 7S Note Pro Plus Explorer Edition Global China version
Global laptops maybe?
5G is not a standart yet nor it will be available in smartphones in the next year .
More info on[ ESTI website about it](https://www.etsi.org/technologies-clusters/technologies/5g)
This. I want this.
Redmi note 7
Please no notch!!!
I just want an updated version of Poco with SD855.
Is the mic good on them
Excitement!!!!
Hopefully Mi Mix 3 5G 855soc
I hope for Global AirDots. Still don’t know if I should wait for them.
I go back and fourth on these or some airpod clones. Whats the battery life like in the real world?
I think POCOPHONE is already a sub brand for Xiaomi
Yeah makes sense.
Not glossy
Not glossy
Not glossy
Fuck glossy.
All in one desktop
I’m currently sporting the Mi Max 3 global, but found out that I get no LTE coverage back home due to the lack of band 2. The edge network is atrocious, so I ordered a Mix 3 out of frustration.
india only sir volte work special edition
They sell their laptops in Egypt? Didn’t know that 😛
M365 #2 😀
I have the Chinese ones and it doesn’t bother me
It only speaks when pairing, connecting, disconnecting, power on/off
Uses Google Assistant when connected to Android, uses Cortana when connected to PC (not that I ever enable Cortana)
Yass
New Global stable rom for Pocophone F1 with all the improvements, fixes, features!!!!!
That would be awesome!!
I doubt that would get an announcement for an announcement.
I wonder if Xiaomi is looking at the grief Huawei & ZTE are experiencing with government restrictions and maybe deciding that the expense of gearing up for business in the US is just not worth it.
Hopefully a true Global Pocophone. Or if a new phone that it has more LTE bands for the US market. I dig the Xiaomi lineup, but only a few phones work properly with T-Mobile.
please be aliens!
with NFC pls
They sell their laptops in Spain IIRC.
How much did you pay? I see them on aliexpress for quite a bit more than the $35 they are supposed to sell for.
Don’t forget the Snapdragon 650
Yes please 🙏🏽
Maybe they’ll finally announce miui 10 update for mi max 2.
I love my Max 3 way too much to give it up, thankfully no coverage issues in Norway.
The full week of battery time with 8+ hours of screen on time is a lifechanger, no more worrying about charging and I’m not willing to give that up.
There’s gonna be 5G phones this year, mostly because it’s something that’ll sell phones.
perhaps an updated USB type-c earbud
Redmi is going to become a sub brand of Xiaomi much like Honor is to Huawei.
I want rice cooker with RGB lighting.
I hope they announce the MI mix 3 with snapdragon 855
>MIUI
>Stable
Lmao
If my access to wifi wasn’t so abundant, I would be in the exact same boat as you. I just wasn’t willing to sacrifice the battery life for LTE coverage. The only exception is when I’m trying to send SMS…
If the Max 4 has more LTE bands, I’m going to be alllll over it, because otherwise the Max 3 is the best phone I’ve ever owned.
but fuck not having LTE in the DC area T_T
doing business in the US not the problem, it’s doing business with IRAN that got them in trouble.
I came in here to post this, only we can hope!
I am not sure if that’s the case.
Is it time already? Redmi Note 5 and 6 were so quick to roll out.
