HELP new xiaomi robot vacuum S10+ is not dispensing water

I bought this robot vacuum about a month ago, it was working perfectly but suddenly it stopped dispensing water while mopping, I am not sure what steps I should follow to further diagnose this problem as the manual doesn’t say anything about this, please help, I am in panic mode right now.

Things I tried so far:

– Half filling the water tank and shaking it to ensure its clean
– Clean the water tank area
– Clean the mop pads

I suspect the problem is with the water tank itself, I didn’t know how to check though
