Hi everyone, I’m explaining here a problem that has been bothering me for a few months. A few months ago, I bought my Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G on Amazon in Brazil. While I was still in Brazil using a Brazilian SIM card, everything worked fine. However, I recently traveled to Argentina and Bolivia, and after buying local SIM cards in each country, I kept encountering different problems. Specifically, sometimes the signal would work for a few days and then disappear, or it would be extremely slow. After some investigation, I discovered that in the “Mobile Network” section of the settings, the phone often can’t find the networks for many carriers, or it only finds them in 3G, making internet access very slow. This happens randomly after a few days. So basically, I can’t use SIM cards from foreign countries! Can anyone tell me what’s going on and how I can fix this? I’m desperate! Thank you
Hi, Regarding on this network issue, you could try to insert the simcard into the 2nd tray or reset the mobile network in setting,- more connectivity options – reset mobile network then reboot the device and see if this could solve the issue.Meanwhile kindly please provide a screenshot the device and rom version details.
