Why not use the case from the photography kit, then?
unfortunately no, the magnetic ring made the case thicker than a regular case so the grip wouldn’t fit

You pay for the item first, then when they receive it in their warehouse you pay the shipping to Europe. I bought several items all at once, might not be a good deal if you are only buying this one thing.

If it’s like the photography kit, it’s probably a filter adapter not lens cover.
I used Superbuy to buy this one from Chinese Taobao, it doesn’t seem to be available on Aliexpress yet, it has a built in filter adapter (by detachable lens, I assume you mean 67mm filter), and a magnetic ring.
Here is how it looks without a filter and with the 7Artisan Slim Pro UV filter attached:
