I’ve heard that the auto settings can be a little inconsistent.
If you put it in Pro and shoot manually, is the image consistent?
I’m struggling to choose between the X15U and the X200U.
The camera kit for vivo looks pretty poor.
So I wanted to know if the Pro mode on the Xiaomi has good consistency?
Will likely be fitting lens filters to the photography kit so that’s where I’m going.
If I increase the shutter speed, I also have to increase the ISO…so it wouldn’t be as blurry but then the noise is just too high.
I’ve taken more photos and I’m loving the camera for outdoor use…but yes, indoors at restaurants etc…you won’t have the best time with group photos.
You mean after going into pro and using high enough shutter speed the photo still come out blurry ? If that’s the case so what’s the reason
Go to Pro mode.
Adjust the parameters
Click “+” to save.
Once profile is saved you cannot amend unless you remove the profile and recreate all over.

How to you set profiles in pro mode? Didn’t know you could do that. Going to have a look
In pro mode I set profiles and that can be quite consistent depending on the parameters you “locked down”.
In auto mode I think it generally it is fine since you let the camera decide how things should be, but I do hope it goes beyond Leica authentic and Leica vibrant.
Yep, here is my [original post ](https://www.reddit.com/r/samsunggalaxy/s/6SxXx983SR).
It’s just a shame because Vivo doesn’t make a Global version of its X200 Ultra or a 1TB version of the X200 Pro with all the bands. Otherwise I would have 100% gone for it.
I’m upgrading from a Note 20 Ultra so that’s very interesting.
Thanks for that.
I’ve really pushed my Xiaomi 15 Ultra and I must say that yes it is very inconsistent.
It’s biggest weakness is taking pictures of people or animals indoors with artificial lighting. Throw ANY movement into the shot and it blurs. Even if you use the fast shutter setting…it just struggles.
It also struggles focusing too.
I’m someone that spends the majority of my time on manual mode…but I love having a good auto mode because I just don’t have the time sometimes to play around with exposure settings and ISO.
Another issue is that the batteries drains like no tomorrow when the camera is being used, it’s ridiculous.
Other than that, the battery life does last a full day…just don’t use the camera lol.
Camera wise…going from my Note 20 ultra to this, sadly hasn’t been a huge jump.
It goes to show that reviews must be taken as a grain of salt. It huge as camera bump would totally be worth it…*if it actually blew everything else out of the park like the S25 Ultra etc*…but it doesn’t.
If it weren’t for all the bands I needed, I would have 100% gone for the X200 Ultra or the Pro.
Thanks for that. Something to put in the hopper.
Thank you. Appreciate the comment.
I have the eu X15U and to be honest it’s great phone…but if u are not constrained that X200U is only for Chinese market and not having problem with carrier band in your country and Google apps I say go for Vivo, they camera is on par and sometimes better than xiaomi (I like the photos taken with vivo better….I’m not a Leica fan), OIS in photos is more stable and battery is better from reviews. If I go out taking photos I will completely discharge battery very fast 5-6 hours.
They are consistent in auto. But I would make doubles like normally you would do anyway. Sometime some ohotos come little blurry, so osis or low iso issues. Same with pro, they will be consistent but I would take more and select best. If your 15 u is global I would probabky with global
