So I found xiaomi 15 global on one of these sites and it shows that it comes with an ‘eu adapter’ and I’m in North America. I can’t find the one I’m looking for on other sites and it is cheaper. What should I do? Should I buy a North American adapter on top of it? Do they even sell xiaomi 15 North American adapters?

If you mean charger, EU version Xiaomi 15 doesn’t come with a charger at all. We all over here had to buy our own if we didn’t already own one.
