I appreciate your response. Glad you could get it at such a good deal.
Sorry 500€ is what I got for my 15 with the release promotions on xiaomi website, there was both a coupon and a recovery bonus for my old phone, which both put the price down to 500€ (without accounting for the price of my old phone)
Where in Europe can you get it for those prices? I would much appreciate if you would send some links.
I think you can get the 15 for those price?
Had both the 14t non pro and the 14 at the same time and ended up returning the 14. I do enjoy having more money in my pocket and a bigger screen. Not a big difference camera wise. I am a casual user so performance for browsing and doom scrolling is the same. Also the 14 series had issues with water getting in the camera module. My unit seemed fine, but also did not want to risk it long term. I spent 2 weeks with both and now I am a happy basic 14t user. No issues.
Shit, my bad. I’ve misread it. 💀
Where tf has anyone talked about 14 Ultra?
This arguement is false. You are sensitive I’m not rude I’m telling real.
telling people sensitive is also rude.
You should learn this.
I’m not being rude, I’m being real, and you’re being sensitive.
Nah.
Aside from it being an isolated example, he also didn’t state that he isn’t, which could be a possibility since he’s looking into the 512gb model and you’re talking him into downgrading which could lead to future regrets (hence the bad advice)
That’s the phone I own, and both phones record in log.
The fact that he’s looking specifically for camera before other features.
Even for raw photos, which de X14U is capable of, takes a considerable amount of space, ranging from 20-40mb per file. That’s 4 to 8gb with just 200 photos (which is virtually nothing, been a photographer for years, I know that from xp).
Assuming 1000 raw files (because why would anyone settle for less quality If buying a phone like that) with an average of 35mb each, that’s 35gb just for photos. System usually is around 10gb, so he’s left with 211gb. That’s not factoring apps, other files, music, games, etc.
Xiaomi 14
Xiaomi 14t pro for the battery
Xiaomi 14 for cameras and everything else
Yes, exactly, but If you check you can see some extra features in 14TPRO camera, a stand out i noticed being, a quick lens selection for portrait mode…
X14 does have it, but we have to dive 2 steps into the selection each time.
That’s correct don’t why xiaomi has been doing this since hyperos 2 update. But still 14 has much better camera and if I go by reviews video capabilities are also better. In my daily work take videos and they are really good most if the time.
14t pro has a bit better battery life and gets faster updates than the 14 (it got android 16 beta).
That’s rude for saying it’s bad advice.
You should have learned this first place.
Also not everyone is recording log videos.
Why you are comparing s25 ultra ?
What makes you think this person will record log videos all the time ?
I was also thinking the same, but Xiaomi is treating otherwise, giving extra camera features to the 14Tpro and even the Android 16 beta now, with the Xiaomi 15 series. They have selected the Xiaomi 14 Tpro to receive the update first..
Bad advice, 14 ultra’s camera is better. Also, stick to 512gb or more, specially if you’re gonna do vídeo. I tried the log video on my s25 ultra and a 25sec clip is almost 250mb. A 5 min clip would be around 3.1gb. but all that is max resolution and all.
14T pro is amazing phone. Check the prices for 256gb. You don’t need 1tb i think. it will be much affordable and makes sense.
Xiaomi 14 flagship phone. Xiaomi 14t pro is below flagship so clear idea.
