I think it is a Google issue. I was having the same problem on my S23U after One UI7 last week. I deleted and reinstalled the Google widget and it seems ok now. This was also happening to my Pixel 7 Pro recently as well. No issues with my 15U.

I enabled ultra battery saver then disabled it and it fixed it 😭
