I thought I was the only one experiencing the same issue. I last updated Chrome a few days ago I believe and the issue only came up today. Weird
I’d highly recommend Brave, made the switch many moons ago. Give it a whirl mate!
Legit though, it’s next level!
i can’t open more that 2 tabs without it stop working. that on a brand new phone. and can’t uninstall without root cause it came pre-installed…

I have an unusual chrome as well. I started using another after that
Yeah I’ve had an issue with the search bar not allowing me to click on result links and it’s so intermittent that I’ve given up. It seems to happen only when it’s inconvenient and isn’t fixed by a reboot. If I leave it for a few hours it will suddenly work again.
Just download Samsung internet. You can get dark mode for it and an ad blocker! 😋
So it wasn’t just me… I have always to do a force stop the chrome app to be able to use it again, and then it goes stupid again and again.. Tired.
Do you know how much ram chrome needs to keep 79 tabs opened? You can’t complain about software issues overcharging your phone that much

Honestly I don’t use chrome, but I’ve just tested and everything is ok
But I’m having problem with Netflix, since a few days ago it isn’t working, when I try to open the app it comes a message say error 1001, I tried to unstall and install the app again but nothing works

Miui is really glitchy.
Lately I’ve been having chrome issues too, both on my phone and my PC.
On the phone, it freezes after 5ish minutes of using, and I have to reopen it.
On the PC top right buttons disappeared.
I can go higher. My number of tabs is now a smiley face.

Switch to Samsung Internet. Outshines Chrome with Dark Mode, Ad-Blocking, Smooth Scrolling and much useful video assistant for sites with shitty video players.
I dunno man, I don’t have miui12 yet (not released for the note 9s global yet), and Chrome started to work normally a few days ago. It sure was something conflicting between Google’s and Xiaomi’s software.
I still have this issue with Poco X3 NFC Global. New to Xiaomi and this literally sucks.
