reinstall OS update , did that for my Xiaomi 15 & its back to normal.
Sent 2 feedback no response till now.
This battery bug exist since hyperos 2 update.
Just reinstall your latest update , had the same problem with my Xiaomi 15.
Via updater or external apk? Because as of rn i run on the latest vIa the updater

I have this same issue… Security app is fcked up the only solution people came up with is to factory reset without any backup I’ve never tested but some said it was good after
