    Go to the updater then hit the three dot icon on the top left and download latest package.

    Rollout began just two days ago. It should come to other devices soon as it has the october patch.

    Edit: The update was released a week ago.

    I’d just get a custom ROM. Cannot rely on Xiaomi when it comes to software :/

    In which way do you mean that last part? I’ve got several different interpretations of that.

    So make me understand something, MiUi 12 is not android 11 as I see on everyone who is having miui12 so…when we will receive android 11?

    Excellent they did that for your phone. Shows they’re getting better. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for mine. There were too many speculations as to when my phone would get the update and it just didn’t get it in time. I had to flash a custom ROM due to having OS level bugs on MIUI.

    It shows it, says its available (has for over a week now) but when I go to update it either gets too 100% then says decrypting then fails, if I download manually, put into downloaded_roms file and select it says phone will reboot etc I acknowledge that and then it does the same fail.

    Mi note 10 lite Global Germany. I got that .. 1 week ago , but with ending number 12.0.2.0 not 12.0.3.0 🤔😁✌️

    You need to update it manually. First download the recovery rom of the miui. Then go to updater. Tap miui 11 logo several times until the extra settings are unlocked. Then tap 3 dot on the right up corner. Select “choose update package” then choose the rom and it will update your device.

    If you go to the main page of r/Xiaomi then tap the three dots on the top right, there should be an option there to “Change user flair”.

    Most devices will receive android 11 next year. The mi 10/pro and k30 pro/F2 pro already have it.

    It’s in the full screen display settings. You have the option to hide it as well.

    They made schedules for which services get the updates and when. My phone was in Phase 2 and I received MiUI 12 accordingly.

    I think it will. I’ve seen a lot of old devices listed in the miui 12 update tracker. I just don’t know when.

    Also the control centre in landscape now fills the screen so you now see all the toggles.

    The only difference I know is the poco and stock miui launcher animations. Not sure about system animations though.

    I got mi note 10 Lite and i am currently at 12.0.1.0 – system shows no updates though. Even no 12.0.2.0 updatę avsilable. do you know why?

    You have fullscreen gestures on? If yes then you’ve selected to hide it. Disable that option and you’ll see it.

    You know if that smat home integration on power button feature will be available on miui? Is the best feature from my perspective and idk why but i have a feeling it will not be available on Xiaomi devices…

    Most recent releases of MIUI (11 and 12) have been buggy and overall much slower than older versions. That paired with the lack of a release date (due to so many devices Xiaomi makes) makes it hard to count on them on anything other than hardware (which they do nail)
