It might be,but it’s always good to check. Some models have it turned on by default, others don’t.
That’s great, thanks!
i think it’s a general Android thing cuz it works on EMUI as well.
Didn’t know that before. Thanks for sharing.
OP did you find this by accident or you knew this?
That long press works yo!
It is not enabled by default. Very weird imo
Ok now that’s cool
Thanks, also works for EMUI from Huawei
They probably are
del5eted.
Works on EMUI too thanks 🙂
whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat
I don’t know sry. If I would guess I would say no.
TIL
Wow! Thanks.
Yep. Same… Thought i am an expert. Seems like I am not. Lol
Neat.
The manage apps button is in my recents without having to press clear all. Mi mix2s.
Thnx but how did u discover this ??
Thank you soo much
How do you hide the panel? I kinda hate it and I’ve always wondered if it can be removed
Also with the full screen mode there’s a way to switch to the last app you used, but you must enable it in the gestures’ settings
A friend of mine switched to Pixel Experience but missed the gestures, so he installed an app to have those again. It’s slightly better than MIUI because that way swiping from the edge to center you can choose which app you want to go back to
Thx bruh
just found out last week, really cool feature
Yes, it works exactly like double tapping on multitask key.
Wow man
I just enabled this right now. There’s a very short vibration when switching. Is there a way to disable the vibration?
#Noice
But you do have a different button for manage apps when you go in recent pane.
oh. im currently using fullscreen mode. and I’ve already disabled recommendations.
thanks
I think it was enable by default but I’m not sure. (Mi9)
Just be sure to enable that in the Full screen settings menu, otherwise it wont work (on my Mi Mix 2 it waant turned on by default)
Double tap menu navigation button to switch between two apps
Oh don’t forget to go to every xiaomi app settings to turn off recommendations
Whoooaaa😲😲
If you swipe from edge to center (to go back) but instead hold the finger at the center then you switch to the last app.
woah nice. any other tips for MIUI? i just got my redmi note 7 and im unfamiliar with the ui
