I just realised that I have this feature too. The only mistake I made was downloading App Vault from PlayStore which doesn’t have this feature. So uninstalling App Vault from the PlayStore should fix the issue. https://imgur.com/a/Q5UBEas

I have xiaomi.eu, how do I activate it?
China exclusive. Got xiaomi.eu, it’s the same as the China ROM but with Google services and multilanguage.
Safetynet, Widevine(for streaming) both are good.
Comes by default in xiaomi.eu

You’d have to switch ROM, and I think Xiaomi.eu (and basically any Xiaomi ROM) is not compatible with phones other than Xiaomis. Search for an app or something that imitates that feature.
