I updated my Mi A1 to android 8.1 officially, but i didn’t shows me the Bluetooth devices battery level( i tried to reset the Bluetooth settings) and if i press the power button there is no emergency option. What is the problem?
This post isn’t about MIUI. Irrelevant comment.
In 8.1, if you have a dark wallpaper, the quick settings panel will turn dark. I’m also using pixel launcher which has the same feature.
How did you enable black menu?
I can’t find any setting for it.
How do you put date time and weather on top of your screen there?
Do I have to enable it? Because my smartwatch (Pebble) is not showing like this.
Question, is my issue with screenshot (power+vol down) related to software or hardware? Everytime I try to take screenshot it lower volumes first (lowered volume menu is then taken in the screenshot).
None
It is june update ?
Thank you, do you know can this phone have animated background aswell like pixel?
As OP said, it’s because of the Pixel launcher. But if you don’t want to download that, you can use an app called “Another widget”, which does the same thing.
I don’t even have to press them exactly at the same time to get the screenshot done on my Redmi Note 4, so you’re either pressing the two buttons too late apart, or the buttons are very sensitive on your device. :/
Thanks!
No, you can’t, unfortunately.
It’s been a MIUI feature for a long time.
Didn’t it already do this in miui?
When did you do the update? On my Mi A1 doesn’t show any new updates
It’s an 8.1 feature
Yup.
Rootless Pixel launcher: [https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/apps-games/app-rootless-pixel-2-launcher-google-t3688393/post74145561#post74145561](https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/apps-games/app-rootless-pixel-2-launcher-google-t3688393/post74145561#post74145561)
Make sure you install v5.3 (latest stable version) if you want to try it out.
How can you set dark color in menu background?
I don’t have this issue on mine.
Unfortunately the live wallpapers i tried made the system very laggy. Other than that the wallpapers app from Google works fine.
treble support?
Isn’t this an 8.1 feature?
This post is about stock Android on the Mi A1. Apparently it’s a new feature there.
Exactly, I don’t see the meaning of this post
My Redmi 3s can do that too ._.
Awesome!
Android really needs a good airpod alternative in my opinion. Showing the battery level is the first step. Hopefully we’ll also get an easier way to pair and connect with a new standard or something.
PS: I specifically mean the easy of use of the airpods in terms of pakring/connecting/… not the form factor.
I have this too, and it’s a hardware issue. The buttons are just not that great on the Mi A1.
My RN4 MTK used to but has stopped doing it since the last couple of updates
Use a dark wallpaper
That’s sad. Can we change the screenshot keys?
