It is possible to get an adaptor that goes in the tray so you can use 2 Sims and memory card https://youtu.be/28Ck4PrCjXE

its thru official xiaomi store on aliexpress so its 99.9% safe.
Is it safe to buy it from AliExpress?
Dear Xiaomi there is a gap if we are talking about 6-6,5′ worthy phones. Could you finally fill it? There is nothing but iphones and s10e. Please.
Thanks for the detailed reply! Thankfully the first thing I plan on doing is unlocking the bootloader and installing a custom ROM. And I don’t really game. So that’s good to know. Thanks!
I liked the phone quite a bit overall (it was plenty fast), but some annoyances led to me wanting to ditch it. Here’s my thoughts after 1 year of use:
Good:
1. The phone has a gorgeous build and screen.
2. Custom ROM development is fairly active, if you are into that.
3. The back Logo/Notification LED is really cool.
4. Battery life is not bad.. Device is quite snappy.
Annoying things to note:
1. GCAM makes a huge difference in photos, but the snapdragon 710 is missing Camera API Level 3. You either need to use a lackluster Gcam 6.2 / 7.0, or have an unlocked bootloader to install buffer fix to make GCAMs work properly.
2. If you aren’t allowed to have an unlocked bootloader, you lose much of the phone awesome custom development scene.
3. For some emulation like heavier Gamecube games, it will chug a little.
4. With custom roms battery life is great, but on stock MIUI12 and some corporate microsoft/outlook apps, I find the battery drains quicker than desired.
Would love to see some gaming benchmarks.
Just ordered one
Did you find the Mi 9 Lite slow? I ordered it two days before this phone was announced and apart from the AMOLED screen, I’m wondering if I made a mistake by not getting this since the prices aren’t too dissimilar.
It’s tough to find a phone that really checks all of the boxes honestly. I had told myself the next phone I was going to get would have a telephoto lens.
The 10X pro came out and had basically everything I wanted, but the resellers were overpricing the crap out of it (was $450-480 CAD) .
Then this X3 comes out and gives this pretty complete package , plus a bigger battery and stereo speakers, at the cost of LCD and a bit of performance…. But at $130 cheaper.
If it was priced higher I wouldn’t have considered it, but at this early bird price but the ticket coupon it cost me $320 for the 128GB. Couldn’t resist.
The phone is amazing value, but not in the right places for me personally.
I don’t care much for good cameras, NFC, wired headphones or 120hz so I would be more then happy if it made different trade offs than it did and included a 90 or even 60hz AMOLED display instead of those.
Two nitpicks i have are the holepunch position, I’d prefer it be motorized like on the F2 Pro or in the left corner so it gets covered by my finger when I play a game and I’d like it to have both dual sim and an SD card slot, but I would have bought the phone regardless of those two things if it had an AMOLED display.
I’m curious to know how people perceive the value. I think it’s great but people seem to be upset that it’s LCD over OLED.
I ordered one to replace my Mi 9 Lite , as this phone seems to be a good deal faster and have a great battery life.
Based on some early benchmarks it seems like the 732G is within 3% performance of the 765G, which is super interesting.
Every positive review is a commercial then.
