My phone ,Redmi 7a, is taking 2GB of the storage for videos,but I only have 60mb of viedos. I believe the problem is when I am downloading a film and putting it on a laptop, the film is moved out from the device, but its space is still in the settings. I searched for the films in file manager and in another app ,SD maid, and still couldn’t find them. I guess the solution is a factory reset ,but I want to understand why is this happening in the first place?
The phone is on Android 10 with MIUI 12.5
