Understandable.

Every scene doesn’t need to be edited to the extreme. Some scenes like this are best captured with the mood intact (meaning as we see it with our own eyes), or you can edit to the strength of the scene.

As it is sunrise, the grass will not be so green and bright (I believe the first image had the actual golden colours of the grass which you tired to make it green). By highlighting the grass you are distracting the viewers from the main subject (here it is the sun). You caught the sun at the right place, between the trees and this would’ve made for a great silhouette shot (would need to zoom more tho). The mist adds to the ambience but the orange mist in the middle is distracting.

Alternatively, if you wanted a different composition the morning dew on the grass can be an interesting subject. You’ll have to go down close to the ground for this kind of shot, but remember not to brighten the image. It is dawn and not that bright in reality.

This looks so bad. I’m not sure if this is edited or it was the phone doing garbage HDR. Sky looks so dull compared to the sun. The grass changes colour on the edges and the mist is too saturated in the middle. Max HDR is always not the answer Xiaomi !!

Pro mode or just changing the exposure would have produced much better results.
