Same bug on my Mi9. Happens everytime I install a new app. Eventually it fixes itself after few days.
Had this on my redmi 8 pro, a restart of the phone fixed this bug

Idk how that happend , but here is how I did it. Wanted to delete an app and I missclick on the other app(cubex). Then I tapped on delete very fast and its bugged

I had this bug with lawn chair and by the look of your notification bar you aren’t using the miui one. Correct me if I’m wrong lol
