You can actually. I downloaded an app called “Video Wallpaper – set your video as live wallpaper” which had 4.2 ratings and 5.5mb in size and it worked.

Tried to use a video as a wallpaper when I had Mi A2 but without MIUI never couldn’t. Miui app gallery let you do that.
Maybe slowing it down would make it more realistic, but I don’t think it’s going to look as smooth.

Not if you only put it on lockscreen only and not on homescreen.
It’s not the Earth but a terraformed planet on its homage. In that full galaxy beer looks red instead of yellow.
Runs fine on my A1 here, so can’t see why not.
