Not sure about note 13 specifically but miui does have that feature. Just go to security app
data usage
click setting icon top right
enbale data usage for the sim
click on data plan and set it to monthly and your total data
come back
go to data usage warning
enable it
size can be set there
when exceeded you can set option to get warning and turn off mobile data.
It’s a really handy feature for limited data plans.
