same happened when i got my note 7, they eventually launched the note 8 , same price same spec, almost same device with 2 cameras extra, i think they do releases by quarters, so if you missed the actual one, don’t bother, just wait for the next

Huh, I actually didn’t know (or forgot) this. Personally I still prefer the pop-up camera, but a product designed to have hidden cameras is really something I’m **not** looking forward to in the future. Still an improvement over always having the camera visible and pointed at you, of course. But I’d rather have the pop-up alternative.

I just went from the Redmi Note 3 SD version to the Mi 9T Pro, and boy was that a great change!
Although, the Redmi Note 3 SD was definitely more powerful than the RN4 – and likely even the RN5 & RN6.
i know man….if this new k30 came with 730g it’s slightly better then the 730 if this news is true i better buy k30 then k20 coz im gonna use the phone for many years to come….till my phone is broke at this moment im still using the archaic redmi note 4 mtk version and the phone age is showing….it’s a mega huge leaps from RN4 to Mi10t appreciate your input man cheers!!…

after there app to see if anything is accessing camera, for example a Xposed module if want to now everytime your camera is on

Durability definitely isn’t the problem, I haven’t heard of any cases of them breaking under normal situations. It’s definitely a cost/space issue.

Not durability, it’s to decrease the face – unlock time. It lasts too long on popup cmeras. I’ve read somewhere from oneplus devices, they also did that.

Who tf asked for more front facing cameras? I had used the front facing camera in my Pocophone exactly 5 times.

Hole punch will be the new notch moving forward maybe. Give it time until people get used to it. Personally I would prefer a single front camera and a centered hole punch instead but that’s just me
