The ANC turns off automatically and when I turn it back on from the app it doesn’t turn on, I have to put the headphones back in the case and reconnect them.

anc is only active if both earbuds are detecting your ears
That’s not the problem, the noise cancellation turns off out of nowhere and I can’t turn it back on from the app, I have to put the headphones back in the case and reconnect them and only then does the noise cancellation work.
