Redmi 10 System messages won’t leave the screen

Hi,got a Redmi 10 today for my 20th birthday and it isn’t really doing a good job in impressing me. System options are needlessly overcomplicated and these system messages stay on screen for such a long time and it’s really frustrating, can anyone tell me something about that? It’s the little grey oval type of system message, can’t post a pic of it unfortunately. Any help is appreciated
