POCO X3 PRO

I was doing the gesture for the home button when the screen suddenly turned gray. Tried pressing buttons and swiping on the screen but to no avail. I then pressed the power button long enough for it to power off, and now it isn’t turning on. Any ideas on what I should do? I’ve already sent an email to their support but I wouldn’t expect a reply anytime soon.
