Gcam is bulit in camera app for pixel devices and earlier for nexus devices you can’t install it directly from playstore

However there are many mods available in internet which can port the google camera app to mostly every android phone released after 2018 not all are going to be official you can search for your own phone in http://www.xda-developers.com and i recommend only xda as it is the only site i can trust for installing apps outside playstore don’t install it from some shady site.

A bit sensationalistic, in his earlier review of the poco the pre-gcam photos were actually better.
The Poco F2 pro camera is so much worse than my old Mi9, I really wish I had got the Mi10 instead.
Hey dude. I had it working on my Mi6 and it was amazing. I’ll get back to you with the link to the instructions I followed.
The only hassle you’ll have is that, if she doesn’t have the bootloader unlocked, you’ll have to wipe the phone. It’s worth it though. The difference is astonishing.
I’m done with xiaomi phones. My mi 9t pro’s screen stopped functioning and replacement costs as much as the phone..
Bad build quality.
Problem is Gcam isn’t stable most of the times. Sometimes it just randomly corrupts my photos
I also wanted to try s gal on my MI6 but there are so many and of I’m not wrong they only work with certainv Os\UI versions. Such a hassle

You’ll probably get stuck a couple of times and lose about 1h of your time but man, it’ll look like you bought her a brand new high-end phone when you’re done. Words can’t express how big the difference is. Good luck!

Can anyone help me with getting gcam on my redmi note 9? I already have one installed but I’m not sure if it could use all of the cameras on my phone.
My RN9S stock camera is better than gcam

Just got my Poco X3 because I want to retire my Huawei P20 Pro for obvious reasons…
And therefore I have to say that I am spoiled regarding picture quality. The P20 Pro ist really the best I’ve ever seen.
So, at all I like the Poco X3. Especially for this price!
BUT the camera/photo quality did bummer me.
And nothing will be like the P20 Pro, but I’m making truly better photos with gcam now.

i dont understand this gcam that you guys are talking about pls help. i saw a comment here that gcam is a must for every xiaomi phones so i looked up gcam in google play and i get a camera setting app i dont really get what it does. can someone pls explain? youtube videos are very shallow as well.
