My sister has a problem with her Note 13 pro +
As you can see sometimes 1out of 5 times this happen the phone can be used appart from notification until I press the home buton then it can be used again normaly
I also notice sometime when locking the phone it would turn on the screen again by itself
If you can help me find a solution or if anyone of you as the same issue please tell me

Maybe an ad is showing which does not show correctly. Check if you have any suspicious apps on your phone.
Tried removing an unknown app which didn’t have a name will see if it was causing the problem
I had a similar problem with my Galaxy S25. I solved it by taking out the SIM card and reinstalling it. Weird, but it worked.

If you have not restarted from a long time, restart it. Problem will go away

Check all apps in settings see if particular app is allowed to run in background.
