Absolutely disgraceful. I don’t know if it was their fault or the Portuguese mail system’s but I’m pissed. Cause now the phone is sold out and will only be back up on Friday at 329€ (30€ more than I paid for).
I contacted the support but since the delivery hasn’t been registered yet, they’ll be calling me again. I seriously hope I can just stick a reservation so they send me a new phone once it’s available and not have a refund + re-purchase at that higher price.
Has anyone here had a similar experience with Amazon? Did they re-send the phone or just a refund?

You can check when it’ll be available again at [Xiaomi’s website](https://event.mi.com/es/sales2019/unveil-the-new-products#sec_19) for each country, now it says there will be a new limited offer on Friday at 1pm Spain time, so make sure to set an alarm near that time to be able to grab it

Kinda had a similar experience. I once ordered an iPhone at a cheap offer from amazon.es and got only the included accessory, but not the phone. They didn’t send me a new one but after long discussions with various employees (they tried to escalate it and wanted a police investigation on the matter) in the end they let it be and paid the money back.
I’ll have to add that it was my first and only order off amazon.es, so I understand they got suspicious. Still couldn’t get the good offer because the offer was over then.
Amazon usually just refunds and isn’t able to send a replacement, i.e. you have to order a new one. However I’m sure if you talk to the customer service they’ll give you a credit on your account that makes up the difference to what it costs now. Amazon US even gave me a $20 credit the other day just because they couldn’t deliver something I ordered – without me even contacting them.
Just a shame that I don’t even really use Amazon US because the items are usually much more expensive with shipping to Europe, even after the $20 credit.
They have it for 330€ now.
It was available for 300€ for a bit, but as soon as I made it to checkout they removed it from the store. Must have been a pricing mistake and they caught it on time

No need to get mad. Get in contact with their customer service, be cool and kind, ask if it is possible to get a discount for another order and of course a return of the wrong phone. Shame you didnt get a more expensive phone instead.
