It’s Nova Launcher, and I manually changed the icons of the folders. Icons from [Flight Lite](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.natewren.flightlite).
My normal icons are still colored, as I like to recognize them faster.

I prefer dark wallpaper for AMOLED
