works on my device with no issues maybe you got some bug you can try clearing the app data and try again ofcourse it’s not btr than google feed but we r kinda stuck in this with the stock launchers

You can’t do that on MIUI Global Stable. Only on xiaomi.eu Roms.
I’m set to slovakia. Global rom.
Use a different launcher like lawnchair. It has aplugin called lawnfeed.
Otherwise wait for the miui 12 update

Settings>Home screen>App vault. Try to disable it or change to Google discover. If it doesn’t work, try to change region.
I disabled it because its generally useless.

It’s amazingly poor, the news feed is shockingly bad. I’ve no idea where it gets the data from but I’ve never been interested in what sunglasses David Beckham wears…

I use Miui 12 EU stable on my redmi note 7 and the app vault is much better than on global ROMs. No junk and it’s clean. You can also switch to discover if you prefer.

If you have debloated the service, it may not work, i think.
I have this with widgets where they become unclickable. It’s a PITA as I develop apps and spent months thinking it was something I coded in an app I created :/
