    The Redmi 7 has to wait longer I think. Mi 9T is in the first branch, Redmi 7 in the second or third

    They don’t rollout the update with your time … Region , Xiaomi time and devices all this matters

    Ok, fingerprint icon is not showing up on AoD (even though the update said it’s fixed). Fingerprint is not working properly.

    It’s usually referred as “version” afaik. And for Mi Mix 2s there are only 2 versions: Global and Russia, as far as I know. And I highly doubt that OP has a Russian version of the device

    Project mainline allows for you to download the update through the play store. It’s easily mountable with android 10

    Exactly ….. How ’bout those monthly security updates? Those Android viruses are “all over the place” rendering phones unusable everywhere!

    I came to a conclusion that smartphones work the best on the system version they came with.

    Looks it is just the update from a previous build (so it’s still Android 9 Pie). Also looks like EEA/Global is in a single package. Enjoy.

    To install, simply keep tapping on the MIUI10 icon, so more options will appear and there you can manually choose the update.

    Exactly. And guys, this upgrade isn’t going to change your life. Its always a big anti climax. I gave up being excited about MIUI/Android updates a while back. It’s very rare that we see a killer must have feature.

    Don’t get me wrong, it’s nice to see it evolve and improve. But it’s not going to change your life.

    I did tried changing region for updates before, and it did works. Or maybe just use manual updates if you can’t wait.

    Your phone’s region can’t be changed like that, it depends on where you bought your phone, there’s the European, Chinese and Global regions.

    You have an option in the tree dots to download the last version. But if you don’t find it, it’s ok xD I’ll just have to wait. 😛
