Need information about Redmi 14c HyperOS update issue

Currently running os: 1.0.9.0
Got Update of os: 1.0.13.0 (not updated yet).

But many says in redmi 14c there’s some problem on 1.0.13.0 update. That’s why I’m waiting for HyperOS 2.x update.

My question is can i update directly to HyperOS 2.x from HyperOS 1.0.9.0 without updating or skipping the update HyperOS 1.0.13.0 ?
