Need help enabling 4K on 2014 Mi TV 2

So I’ve just got a ps5 and want to play with 4K, the model of TV supports it but the TV is Chinese and it’s pretty difficult to not only navigate the settings but also find instructions or help on how to get it to work. I’ve read about needing to enable 4K on the HDMI port but unsure how to do this (I think this is the solution). The TV, cable and console all support it. The model of TV is the 2014 Mi TV 2. Any help very much appreciated 🙏

    I have done but still can’t figure it out, feel like I’ve been through all of the options and still no luck
