Most of the times a new phone does fix the issue so…
Either Gboard or reset the settings and it will put everything back to its default state without deleting anything 😀
that’s Gboard
On previous ROM got the same problem, on miui 10.
Just go to about and re-update
Honestly, this **sometimes** solve problem(s) as it has already happened to me. Since the update is a fresh new experience, unlike monthly security updates, it’ll probably handle some things differently.
reset the settings app and still isn’t working, i think factory reset looks like the only way
try deleting miui and chucking that shit out the window. The problems I’ve had with miui 11 are just unacceptable, thus I’ve switched over to pixel experience and I’m loving it
Wow what a solution, next time recommend him just buying new phone
Try clearing the data of settings app. And also keyboard you are using.
Use Gboard
That was how I solved it on my Mi 8 but if it hasn’t worked it sounds like you would have better luck with a full reset
Try Factory resetting ur phone….!!!!!
how do I do that?
Yay memeui switch to custom ROMs already 😆
did you try a different keyboard app?
Try re-installing miui 11. It got rid of my bugs (Mi 9T Pro)
People don’t want to know the truth that stock Android is better than MIUI 😀😂
Yeah absolutely currently running a redmi note 5 pro with custom ROMs it’s amazing and just as smooth as a pixel with less software issues it’s overall a great experience. MIUI is just a bad idea basically every xiaomi phone had never perfect comparability as well. Would like to upgrade to a mi mix or k20 in the future when I need a new phone.
Just try clearing the cache data of the settings app.
nvm i just factory reset the phone, everything looks alright
