If you mean debloating by “cleaning” then no, any apps disabled or uninstalled will remain that way until you yourself do something about it.
I got some issues from my phone mic isn’t working when I update my phone
I updated my Poco F2 Pro to 12.5 this morning and lost my wallpaper! It is just black now. I haven’t figured out a way to get it back. Anyone else have this issue? I’ve tried new themes, selecting a different wallpaper manually etc and nothing!

I’ve got a 10t lite global and I’ve had 12.5 for over a week from an OTA update
I’m still on 11 though I have received MIUI 12. I won’t update cuz I don’t like the redesign.

Made a factory reset, thats what i did yesterday, still i think my battery is draining faster, need a couple of days setting up
I got the update today to my mi 10 lite 5g so I guess you should have it soon as well
Miui is shit for buggy feel its quite annoying whenever i switch between apps and closing apps animation lag is visible..and do a factory reset it will help

Probably the Control Center.
It has quick access to your smart home devices, which is just super practical, and because it’s separate from the notification shade, when you get a lot of notifications, it’s easier to see them all because it doesn’t have all those things in top of the notifications occupying space, it starts from the clock. But it’s just personal preference at the end.
I use themes and if I can’t find one that I like then I use oneshade, also here are some themes with nice statusbars, you can use these statusbars if you set your region to India, you’ll unlock fonts and custom settings in themes, like boot animation,lock screen, statusbar all from different themes, after you can change it back:
