Had a similar iasue with another phone after i dropped it once. Very likely the connection between the display and the main board is loose so it works sometimes only. Send it back asap.
Video board (chip) issue. Either bad connection or failing hardware.
At this stage of the game then an RMA is your best option. Right now you can still return it. Don’t let it get to the stage where you can’t.

Return it under warranty and send them this video or just return it if you live in EU and it’s under 14 days return protection.
Yikes! Sure looks like hardware, which means it should go back to where you got it. But you should do a factory reset first anyway just to rule out the unlikely possibility something funny with software.

You’re from Brazil, right? If you bought it at MercadoLivre or Amazon, you can easily return the device until 30 days after arrival.
