When it started happening ? Do you have any idea of the reason causing it
maybe reconnecting the display to the motherboard might fix it, not sure though

Yikes! Sure looks like hardware, which means it should go back to where you got it. But you should do a factory reset first anyway just to rule out the unlikely possibility something funny with software.

Had a similar iasue with another phone after i dropped it once. Very likely the connection between the display and the main board is loose so it works sometimes only. Send it back asap.
