Hello! So I have a Poco X3 pro and I tried to add my toshiba tv to the mi remote app and it just won’t work with any remote. I don’t know of that’s a hardware issue even though my phone is completely fine. I’ve heard other Poco F3 users complain about this too. Thanks on advance!
It’s a bit of a long shot but have you tried selecting Hitachi in stead of Toshiba in the Mi remote app?
In europe, both are manufactured at the same plant so it’s worth a shot.
I’m in western Asia. Is it still the same?
Hisense, Toshiba, Gorenje, Sharp, Kelon and Ronshen. These are all the ones I could find, not sure if they are all tv brands, though.
Have you tested the remote with another tv by any chance?
