MI PAD 4 (PLUS) stuck at LR.TEAM logo

I recently got Mi pad 4 because someone messed up with it and can’t fix it, so im trying to fix it myself. Here is problem. Pad is always stuck ad LR.TEAM logo and can’t get past it. I tried entering fast boot and it shows fastboot for 10s before return back to LR.TEAM.

I suspect someone tried to root it something similar and totally destroyed something software related. I tried using goole but sadly can’t find same problem as mine.

Maybe someone can help me

    Sorry only saw your post now.

    I had the same problem yesterday. Flash the stock rom with mi flash. Then flash TWRP. Copy new ROM to internal storage, flash new ROM from TWRP, voila.
