Found a private person on a local website who imported a few, one for himself and some to sell for a couple bucks more. Since he lives nearby I could actually see the box before buying, so I chose to buy from him.

I have tested it a bit now, and it’s amazing so far. It really keeps up with even really steep hills (and there’s alot where I live), and the speed feels faster than I expected.
My speeds to and from town are much faster with this than with a normal bike, which is what I hoped for.
Battery wise, it’s struggling to reach even half of the stated 30km, but with all these steep hills that’s hardly a surprise. It still easily does all the trips I need in a day.
The cats name is Tellus and he was initially scared of the scooter but now he has marked it so I guess it’s his now.
Gawwwwddd I ordered two four weeks ago and still no word on shipping.

The scooter is from a local reseller, EU version. Had to pay around 500-600$, which is alot yes, but still a competitive price here in Norway. Everything is expensive.
