No idea, I think no ROMs are available even for the regular Mi 9. Dev support is not something really predictable.

I am running PE on Mix for about 6 months now, it is actually more stable and bug free than MIUI on that particular device.

Los doesn’t send u to download page.

I dont know why some people are so focused on LOS, i found PE and Havoc OS to be far superior in updates, features etc.

Am i missing something? Or is it the loyalty from Cyanogenmod days?

if you are a simple user it doesn’t matter. LOS is more “stable” if you are an advanced user. There is a big team backing it up, gives you the avility to build your own distro and that’s how there are “official” versions for some phones, especially the xiaomi ones. Open source and mainly a simple backbone that you can utilize it yo your liking easier than the rest.

I can easily get 10 hours SOT with it. Almost no change from MIUI which does a really good job of battery management anyway.

Yep, but as I said I value Pixel Experience simplicity. You just flash it (ROM even comes with nano Gapps package) and then update it once a month. I don’t even bother with rooting and magisk modules anymore.

I’ve heard this happening with some people. I’ve personally never encountered this with all the Xiaomi devices I’ve owned or used.
Have you tried going into the settings of the Clock app and setting No restriction mode?

Checking this thread, the issue is about TWRP partition encryption not letting u automatically install after the download is done. Another TWRP version fixes it.

But the update is still downloaded through the system and not sending you through a webpage to manually download it like u described

A heads up to people considering flashing it, LOS does NOT have a proper dark theme, the notifications always have white background: https://www.reddit.com/r/LineageOS/comments/bujkzx/white_notification_bubbles_in_dark_theme/

If you use Google services like Play Store and value simplicity of (close to) stock Android, you might wanna consider Pixel Experience ROM, granted it’s available for your device. It is by far my personal favourite.

On the other hand, if you wanna go Google-free, LOS is one of the best choices, as it has all basic open source apps like browser, phone, messaging etc preinstalled, it also comes with much more performance control and customization.

Just ¢0,03 of a flashoholic who basically tried them all on multiple phones.

Again checking for my Mi Mix 2 with high hope and still 15.1.

Edit: Strange that it says passed on Jenkins on 8.06 and then failed today. I guess it’s coming very soon then.

PE on Poco F1 has OTA updates. As long as you have TWRP installed, it’ll restart and install.

All I want is working GooglePay without any magisk hide or removing files from TWRP file manager. I loved LOS on Redmi Note 4 but I don’t want to lose GP support. I use it daily.

Yeah. Still it brings you to download page and then you need to flash it from TWRP. Same as Lineage, but only you deal with it once a month, no daily builds.
