Seen some of it, so far it doesn’t look too bad. The stabilisation is relatively good, there is some slight amount of lag which is seemed to be cause by sudden change of scenes like the camera suddenly moves. There is some Dynamic Range but not a whole lot, colours are good but not Flagship Quality. So overall the video is good, the EIS, decent Dynamic Range and good colour reproduction for the price range of the K20 Pro.
That is my opinion and your opinion may be different than mine.
Yep also happens on my mi9 whenever I move too much or there’s way too many moving objects(leafs on a tree in wind) but it’s to be expected.

Once in a while is fine. It depends on the movement of the camera. If you point it straight it doesnt happen but if you start panning it happens for a while due to EIS.
Frame drops due to panning happens on osmo action and gopro hero 7 black too.

try watching on youtube app on your phone. On desktop the embedded video has frame drops if you see “stats for nerds”

It does actually work but the thing is it doesn’t work well on 60 fps so you’ll have to stick to 4k 30 fps or 1080p 30 fps…

Try to test it. Take a clip walking around with 4k 60 fps and then try 4k 30 fps
yup. last i checked gcam doesnt have 4k eis working
I would appreciate that. I always record using x265 and am curious if the stuttering would appear as well.

For fu… sake, Xiaomi. This is top tier SoC and recorded videos are still losing frames constantly. I don’t know if I want Xiaomi phones anymore.
When I change between the two I can’t notice a difference in stabilisation. What Rom are you running?
