Correct – Just wanted to clarify it’s not part of the Assistant redesign but something neat MIUI threw in for when it gets enabled for other devices 🙂

It’s stock launcher with pixel experience theme
If you mean app drawer, you need to use one of the alpha versions from APKMirror and enable it in the home screen settings, otherwise download Poco Launcher or Mint Launcher, they’re both made by Xiaomi as well and include the app drawer, but still keep MIUI icons and animations (double tap to lock for Poco launcher as well, not 100% if Mint includes this since I haven’t used it in a while and it’s essentially the “Lite” version of Poco Launcher)
