I’m Planning to buy the Xiaomi 15 this July as an all rounder phone, I don’t really have any concerns with the camera and gaming since their pretty good. My only concern is the heating issues with phone since I do game a lot, it be really helpful if you can share your opinions about it.

I welcome your in depth camera analysis and post sample shots on here and we’ll see from there.
He is cherry picking where the Xiaomi is taking excellent photos. These are all secret ads..
I shot my own photos in real life, side by side. If your friend has an iPhone 16 pro and someone else has 15 pro / Ultra please do your own tests 🙂
The hard part is to find those people in my opinion. Do not trust you tubers. Trust your own tests..
I am happily owning the Xiaomi 15 Ultra. It has a very sharp camera. Way shaper than iPhone. Color reproduction could have been slightly better IMHO.
But hard to take my pets photos. Like Samsung you have blurry shots, because pets move slightly..
Also, human faces look bad on Xiaomi. I’m still happy. Because it’s a very fast phone. And I’m my country iPhone 16 P costs double…
Don’t ask me how. That’s the deal here. So I couldn’t pick Vivo even if I wanted to.. So price I paid is justified. If in my situation iPhone 16P costed same. I wouldn’t pick up the Xiaomi.
My family uses iPhones. Very easy to share stuff with apple. Also apple has air Tag. Amazing stuff with no real competition… Family wallet etc so many very good features, also iPhones are very stable. We have an iPhone 7. That phone is still very fast. Please show me an android from the same era that still works well..
Apple wasn’t good. But they brought so many features. And now these features don’t exist on android. Like face time, Apple messages, Apple Air tag, air drop, security updates so and on.
Check Samsung s24 sub. People with 24 ultra are crying how bad their camera became after a software update.. So many posts. S25 here. So they killed the 24..
Apple doesn’t do this. Also Xiaomi is exclusively listening to you. And selling all of your data including battery temperature, screen lock pin and so and on to data brokers. You will get super targeted ads on Xiaomi.
Samsung isn’t like that..

Xiaomi budget phones are very cheap for a reason. They are like printers. They make the money from ink sales not printer sales. Like gaming consoles. Etc. Xiaomi makes the bank with ads.
I tried to block camera access with privacy dashboard. It’s a scam and joke. I open the camera app and can see the image but there is a pop up saying Unblock camera to be able to use it.
Lol. It’s just a lock for the user 🙂
None of these brands, phone makers are our friends. We are their consumers. Not bosses…

Dxo Mark is owned by Chinese probably Huawei..
They always show Chinese phones as the best. You can create such a benchmark that will always under perform iPhone and out perform Huawei lol.
Vivo seems to be the new Huawei with the camera Tho.
Maybe it’s a strategy from Xiaomi not to make amazing camera like iPhone, to not suffer the same fate as Huawei :). That’s the reason I’m sure why Samsung is having an absolutely horrible camera. Not to stop apple sales… Samsung is a sensor maker. Not a chance they can make this shitty results but here we are.

I compared with 16P side by side. You lack wide angle and telephoto zoom other than that they don’t take different pics.
Image processing is very advanced…
Bad software and good hardware doesn’t produce good results…
I have a 2022 SE model too. Sure it’s behind the 15 ultra. But processing is better. This means Xiaomi is years behind iPhone for image processing.
Imagine if Apple added 1 inch sensors…

16e: worse camera(s), worse screen, worse battery, overpriced, no magsafe like other apple phones,
15 ultra: Better at all of those, snapdragon, better AI, android.
Turn off post processing or lyca vibrant to get better photos. Xiaomi doesn’t die after software updates end.
Also no brand of phone will run as smoothly as it’s First day, ESPECIALLY not apple.
Lmao. Iphone 16e is a bad value phone. The camera is mediocre. Reminds me of using iphone xr.
I think the first few weeks will be hot. After a month or so, the software is optimized and becomes stable
Battery is 6-7 hours SOT with 5G and 120hz enabled

has relflection of light and has more details)

Iphone ignores Lightning from the Sun/Bulb which is why Most of you Iphone users keep saying it looks Natural
while the other Phones Process Lightning

plus They also have Raw Camera Mode
like those Iphone use

I’ve had the 15 ultra for about a week now and I’ve had no issues at all. It’s a fantastic phone and the battery life is amazing. I don’t game with it though but nothing that I’ve done has caused an increase in heat

What temperature do you think a s25 or iphone 16 reach when gaming? Any phone will get hot while gaming.
I have both 16e, 16P and mi 15 ultra. Did many hands on tests.
Sadly Xiaomi 15 Ultra cant capture human faces with natural way like iPhone 16p and E does…

Too vivid and contrast and sharpness isn’t natural.
Vivo x200Pro and ultra are way better…
I’m happy with my Xiaomi but I would recommend x200 pro.
Only downside of 16E is the 60hz display and that’s all.
3 years later your Mi 15 will act up crazy while 16E will run as smoothly as first day.
That’s why I won’t do software updates after 1 st year… They kill the cam on purpose

I have the 15 ultra. Camera is disappointing for the price. And Vivo x200Pro/Ultra can deliver much better accuracy..

IPhone 16E is better than Mi 15. When you consider everything
If you live in a hot area the phone will heat.
Do not use a cover while gaming and do not charge while gaming.
Also do not play immediately after charging, let the phone cool down.
Does the device also heat up in general usage? Heavy multitasking, with multiple apps running in the background, including productivity apps and social media platforms, with music, or podcasts streaming?
For your particular needs go for Xiaomi 15. Everybody’s experience differs so get the phone and enjoy.
i have xiaomi 15 and its really hot for gaming not recommend, sometimes i feel laggy too uugh 😮💨
