I got this phone last week to grind Genshin (from Redm Note 9S), everything seems fine and last night after works, I can’t connect to WiFi (despite turning on Airplane Mode and factory reset), when I dialed \*#06# it showed *Can’t detect IMEI* and onto the setting, I saw Baseband Version: Unknown.

Any solution or I have to scrap it for another phone?

Bonus: It keeps rebooting and is hot af, Bluetooth still works, and I’ve learnt that MI 8 is notorious for this error.
