I made a theme for myself (a 20 year old guy) a few months back and figured I’d publish it, now it’s on the front page of the theme store under ‘for girls’. Not sure whether to be proud or worried.

I’m kn china beta so I downloaded a patch that changes my region to india. If you’re on global, change your region in the settings 🙂

There’s a specific mi designer thing you have to register for, it’s a big compliicated mess. Used Photoshop for the actual design, would probably use illustrator, now

Oh, actually very easy, if you flash the china beta rom it is already rooted 🙂 otherwise you can root it how you would any other android and it performs no slower

Ikr. Like, I think themes should have just categories like colors, nature, animals, etc. Some girls like cars and stuff like that, and some boys like cartoons like the popsicle shown in the image, or pastel colors.

As a Chinese myself, I just think that in China, these social issues everyone obsesses over in North America, are really not prevalent or even issues.
I would think it’s more of a cultural perception than anything.

Oh, alright, thank you. What I am saying is, that assume you have one westerner and one Chinese. If both were asked to divide the themes into gender categories, the Chinese will probably just do it without much thought, whereas the westerner may take offense due to ideological or otherwise reasoning, usually as a result of exposure to this questioning in western culture.
