I do hard reset the phone of my gf (Xiaomi Redmi Note 8) then after resetting its seems okay but after logging in the previous mi account it stucked in redmi logo I dont know why I wait but its been 6hrs and it still the same. Im thinking to flash stock rom but unfortunately the bootloader was locked so I hope theres other solution.
